On 22 March 2018, the European Medicines Agency (EMA) completed its review of retinoid medicines, and confirmed that an update of measures for pregnancy prevention is needed. In addition, a warning on the possibility that neuropsychiatric disorders (such as depression, anxiety and mood changes) may occur will be included in the prescribing information for oral retinoids (those taken by mouth). Retinoids include the active substances acitretin, adapalene, alitretinoin, bexarotene, isotretinoin, tazarotene and tretinoin. They are taken by mouth or applied as creams or gels to treat several conditions mainly affecting the skin, including severe acne and psoriasis. Some retinoids are also used to treat certain forms of cancer. The review confirmed that oral retinoids can harm the unborn child and must not be used during pregnancy. In addition, the oral retinoids acitretin, alitretinoin and isotretinoin, which are used to treat conditions mainly affecting the skin, must be used in accordance with the conditions of a new pregnancy prevention programme by women able to have children.
As a medical specialist, I know how many people face the problem of impotency nowadays. And this factor makes it obvious how important such a wonderful preparation as Viagra is for people suffering from sexual impotency. Being educated at a conservative university, I was prejudiced against all kinds of medicines sold via Internet. However, taking into account my current experience I can't but admit that Viagra is a medicine that really HELPS people. My profession and my age resulted in erectile dysfunction, what is in fact not surprising for a man after 50. About two years ago I understood that my penis is no longer working without failures. Fortunately at that time I already knew about such a drug as Viagra. But anyway self-treatment is not the best way-out that's why I visited andrologist one day. It was not in vain he examined me and advised me not simply Viagra, but Viagra Professional. I am currently on holiday in Crete, and I thought I would see if I could buy Tretinoin cream here without a prescription, as I heard it can be bought over the counter here. In Ireland you need a prescription for Tretinoin from a GP (about 60 euros for the visit) and the cream must be specially imported by a pharmacy - it works out at about 45-50 euro per 20 mg tube. In the UK, you need a prescription from a dermatologist (about £150 sterling for the visit), and the same tube costs around £30 sterling each. Here in Crete (Greece) today I bought a tube of Airol creme (0.05% Tretinoin), with an expiry date of 2020, for 3.02 euro!!! This is the exact same brand and product I was buying in the UK. The pharmacist says it is not available on prescription here in Greece either, so I texted my friend who is on holiday in Marbella in Spain and .01% Tretinoin Cream is available without prescription there for 14.92 euros a tube! I am just posting this as an FYI for anyone who is considering stocking up while on holidays - it is well worth doing this I think. The name is Di Wei Tretinoin Cream, but it seems it's only for sale in China. Can't find anyplace online sold outside of it. Maybe you can ask them to bring over one or two tubes when they are in China.
