Plaquenil - Nov 14, 2006 I have been on plaquenil for 8 months and have lost 60 pounds from it this is a good thing also the fatigue is completely gone as is the morning stiffness. Plaq did not do enough to end my flare and get me off pred so doc convinced me to add MTX. She tried to take me off the plaq at my last appointment and I would NOT let her.
